Momo City B.B. of Usagi Care
The shy clinic nurse who loves glitter, magical girls, and desk daydreams.
B.B. — also written Bonnie Bunny in older fan recaps — is the nurse who runs Usagi Care in Momo City. Official X copy: shy, cute, obsessed with magical girls and glitter, often daydreaming at her desk. She is not a mall cashier and not the princess. If you walked into a clinic looking for Pri-me bows, you are in the wrong building. Use travel markers and look for care / clinic signage, not Ribbon Mall.
This page exists because players search “Momo City nurse” and “BB NPC” after trailer stills. It is not a full dating sim route. Alpha still treats most NPCs as talk-and-look. Friendship numbers in fan bios are Discord-era, not a pause-menu screenshot we can guarantee in every build.
Official versus fan bio
Official (studio socials): B.B. runs Usagi Care. She is timid. She likes magical girls and glitter. You may find her zoning out at the desk instead of leaping into a quest marker.
Fan recaps of Discord bios (treat as lore, confirm in-game): age 24, birthday 1 September, friendship normal, dislikes Murdoch, likes Princess Momo and Hiyamechu. Some videos call her a creature from unknown lands, a childhood friend of Princess Momo, with long plush arms. Those details are color. They are not a combat stat.
If Alpha shows a different age on a profile, trust the profile.
How to meet her without wasting a session
- Finish the airport so you actually have a city spawn.
- Turn on location markers in Settings.
- Go to Usagi Care when you are already routing Plaza or a nearby daily.
- Talk. Do not expect a raid boss.
- If she is missing, the NPC did not spawn. Play dailies and try next login.
Do not cross the whole island for a normal-difficulty nurse unless you are filling a character journal. She is A-adjacent flavor on the NPC tier list because she is a location owner, not because she sells S-tier gyaru.
Clinic, not a shop
Usagi Care is a care space. It is not Pri-me. It is not EXEQ. It is not Secret Castle. You will not dump Moni into a glitter catalog here unless a later patch says so. Come for the NPC, not for a restock.
If a future job board puts a shift in the clinic, we will link it from updates. Until then, B.B. is a person in a room.
Do not confuse
- B.B. — Usagi Care nurse, shy, glitter.
- Nami — Pri-me gyaru. Her page.
- Isabella — Maid Cafe manager, different job, cafe guide.
- Princess Momo — namesake, extreme friendship.
Trailer stills mash faces together. Read the sign on the door.
Why she matters in a solo server
Alpha will not spawn your friends. Clinic NPCs are how the city feels inhabited when you are the only player in the instance. Talk to B.B. on the same day you clear chests nearby. Friendship that piggybacks on a route you already walk is the only efficient social advice this wiki will keep repeating.
If you are building a magical-girl avatar, she is a reference, not a class. Dress in customization after you loot, not before you have shoes.
When studio posts a new Usagi Care render, it will land on official X first. This page will follow the render, not a rumor that she is secretly a boss.
